Alstom X’Trapolis UK

ADPL won the tender to create the interior and exterior of Alstom’s new electrical multiple unit for the UK. Working closely with engineers based in the UK and Italy the innovative design has been developed to optimise the advantages offered by the offset articulated bogie layout. With unique door positions and vestibule design, cantilever seats and short, wide inter-car gangways the X’Trapolis UK project represents key advances in the use of interior space for passengers.
